Permanent court time may be purchased by Gold Members in consecutive 6-week blocks.
A one-time $50/hour per court fee applies in addition to the weekly court fees per member.

Holidays are considered Prime Time, including:
New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS
We offer a variety of memberships designed to meet the demands of every type of player. Our most inclusive membership is the Gold Membership and it is offered for Individuals, Couples, or Families. A family membership is available to two adult partners living in the same household, along with their dependent children. We also offer a Student Membership for youth ages 12 - 18yrs old. Finally, we offer special memberships for Corporations with 100 or more individuals that want to sign up and for educational institutions. Contact us for more information on those memberships.

At Victory, everyone is a member and treated as such.
Our Bronze Membership is free, whereas our Gold and Silver Membership, is priced as follows:
Our membership and pricing strategy was designed so that there is no pressure for anyone to sign up for a membership. We don't have a guest fee and you can play with anyone, regardless of their membership type -- but, everyone will need to be at least a Bronze Member and that membership is FREE.
Should you buy a Gold Membership? Well, it just depends on how much you will play. If you play about once a week, the Gold Membership will save you money but if you only play a couple of times a month, you may want to start with the Bronze Membership.

Victory Cancellation Policy
Victory Pickleball Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to ensure fairness, maximize court availability, and efficient operations for all members and guests.
1. Open Play No‑Show Policy
By reserving a spot in Open Play, you are committing to attending and checking in on time.
No‑Show Penalty

If you fail to check in or do not attend without canceling at least one (1) hour prior to the start time, you will be charged the Bronze Member Open Play rate

No‑show charges are manually billed.
2. Court Reservation Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation guidelines apply to all court reservations:
More than 6 hours before reservation

Cancel at no charge

Full refund or rescheduling available
Between 6 and 2 hours before reservation

50% refund issued or 50% of court fees will be manually billed

Court will be released for others to reserve
Less than 2 hours before reservation

No refund, full reservation cost will be charged

3. League Cancellation Procedure
League Withdrawal Policy

League withdrawals made more than 7 days before league start are entitled to a full refund.

League withdrawals made between 3-7 days in advance will receive a credit toward the next league.

League withdrawals made within 3 days of league start receive no refund or credit
Declining in Swish

If you are unable to attend league on a scheduled night, you must decline the game in Swish as soon as possible allowing staff to manage court assignments and substitute placement efficiently.
Cancellations Within 4 Hours of League Start
If canceling within four (4) hours of league start time, you must:

Decline the game in Swish, and

Substitutions

Do not arrange your own substitute unless you are participating in a fixed‑partner league.

For all rotating or individual leagues, Victory Pickleball staff will manage substitutions.
4. Special Event, Popup Tournament & DUPR Scramble Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals/cancellations within 3 days of a Special Event, Popup Tournament or DUPR Scramble will result in no refund. It is hard to find a replacement with such short notice. These types of events often require specific numbers to balance pools, divisions, etc.
