TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS
We offer a variety of memberships designed to meet the demands of every type of player. Our most inclusive membership is the Gold Membership and it is offered for Individuals, Couples, or Families. A family membership is available to two adult partners living in the same household, along with their dependent children. We also offer a Junior Membership for youth ages 12 - 18 yrs old. Finally, we offer special memberships for Corporations with 100 or more individuals that want to sign up and for educational institutions. Contact us for more information on those memberships.

Should you buy a Gold Membership? Well, it just depends on how much you will play. If you play about once a week, the Gold Membership will save you money but if you only play a couple of times a month, you may want to start with the Bronze Membership.

Prime Time*: Monday–Friday 7:30 PM–9:30 PM & Weekends
Premium Time: Monday–Friday 5:30 PM–7:30 PM
* Holidays are considered Prime Time, including: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Permanent Court Time (PCT) Policy
PCT allows players to reserve the same court(s) and time each week for an 8-week session.
Each listed member is billed individually for their court time each week.
OPTION 1: INDIVIDUAL BILLING

The PCT fee is included in the court fees.

Each listed member is contracted to those courts for the entire 8-week session.

Each member is responsible for finding their own subs when they cannot attend.

OPTION 2: ONE COURT HOLDER

The permanent courts are placed under one person’s name.

That person may fill the courts with whomever they choose.

Each player pays the court fee according to their membership level.

If a court is not filled, the person whose name the court is under will be charged for the whole court.

The PCT fee is paid upfront and is separate from the individual court fees.

8-WEEK SESSION COMMITMENT
All PCT reservations follow Victory’s established 8-week session schedule.

There are no court cancellations and no refunds or credits for missed weeks.

Players are responsible for arranging their own subs when they cannot attend.

Subs are billed according to their own membership level and the applicable PCT rate. For example, if a Gold member finds a Bronze member to sub, the sub will be billed the Bronze PCT rate.

Sessions cannot be extended to make up missed weeks.

PCT begins on the official session start date and ends on the official session end date.

Players cannot shift their eight weeks to different dates.

By reserving PCT, players are committing to the entire 8-week session and the associated fees.

An 8-week session may be prorated and shortened due to Victory club events.
COURT ASSIGNEMENTS

Victory will do its best to keep PCT players on the same court(s) for the duration of the session.

Under special circumstances, Victory reserves the right to move a PCT reservation to a different court.
AUTO-RENEWAL & CANCELLATION FOR THE NEXT SESSION

PCT is automatically renewed for the next 8-week session.

If players do not wish to continue their PCT for the next session, notice of cancellation via email to Maggie at maggie.kasicki@victorypb.com must be given by the fourth week of the current 8-week session.

If cancellation notice is not received by the fourth week, the PCT will automatically renew for the next session.
Victory Pickleball Cancellation Policy
1. Open Play No‑Show Policy
By reserving a spot in Open Play, you are committing to attending and checking in on time.
No‑Show Penalty

If you fail to check in or do not attend without canceling at least 24 hours prior to the start time, you will be charged the Bronze Member Open Play rate

No‑show charges are manually billed.
Open Plays will be cancelled 24 hours before if minimum registration is not met
2. Court Reservation Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation guidelines apply to all court reservations:

3. League Cancellation Procedure

League withdrawals made more than 7 days before league start are entitled to a full refund.

League withdrawals made between 3-7 days in advance will receive a credit toward the next league.

League withdrawals made within 3 days of league start receive no refund or credit
Substitutions

Do not arrange your own substitute unless you are participating in a fixed‑partner league.

For all rotating or individual leagues, Victory Pickleball staff will manage substitutions.
4. Special Event, Popup Tournament & DUPR Scramble Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals/cancellations within 3 days of a Special Event, Popup Tournament or DUPR Scramble will result in no refund. It is hard to find a replacement with such short notice. These types of events often require specific numbers to balance pools, divisions, etc.
5. Tournament Cancellation Policy
We are unable to issue refunds once the registration deadline has passed. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all participants and to support the extensive planning required for each event.
